Alesia has a BS degree in Elementary Education from Georgetown College and a Master’s Degree in School Counseling as well as licensure in Clinical Mental Health Counseling both through the University of Dayton. In addition to mental health counseling, her background includes experience as a teacher and school counselor in a public school setting. She lives in the Dayton area and has five children.
Her counseling interests include: Christian counseling; trauma and abuse; PTSD; women’s issues including pregnancy, miscarriage or infant loss; grief counseling; family issues; parenting issues; anxiety; depression; and other mental health concerns. She sees herself as a partner in the journey towards healing and believes that healing begins as one is being heard.
Alesia counsels children, adolescents and adults in individual couples or family sessions.
